Gorwel Cottage, Broom Hall Road, Abererch, Pwllheli, Gwynedd LL53 6PN is offered for holiday rental, subject to confirmation from the owners B & J Grayson, to the client. It is available all year round and is let from Friday to Friday.
It sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Double, 2 twins. The property is let on a fully inclusive basis which includes 1 set of bed linen and 1 bath and hand towel per person per week, tea towels and kitchen cloths, toilet rolls, electricity, hot water, central heating, use of the Hot Tub, and grounds maintenance.
To secure a booking first check availability via one of the links, or with the owners by phone (01758 614735) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) then complete the booking request form and send £200 security deposit to B & J Grayson by cheque or bank payment to sort code 40:37:30, a/c. 91360159 with your name as reference. The owners will then send a confirmation of receipt of the deposit which will be the acceptance of the booking. The full payment is due 4 weeks before the rental period commences, and an invoice will be sent 5 weeks beforehand as a reminder. Reservations made within four weeks of the arrival date should be paid for in full and should include the security deposit.
The £200 security deposit is required in case of damage to the property or its contents. However, the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the client’s liability to the owner. The owner will refund the security deposit, or balance due, within two weeks of the end of the rental period, providing the property is left in good condition.
The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed 8 without permission of the owner. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, to clean the property during their stay, and to leave it clean and tidy on their departure. The owner reserves the right to make a deduction from the security deposit, to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to residents in the neighbouring properties.
The client agrees Not to smoke within the property.
The rental will commence at 3 pm on the day of arrival, and finish at 10 am on the day of departure. The owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation outside these times.
The owner shall not be liable to the client:
1. for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of failure of any equipment, machinery or appliance.
2. For any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or any other matters beyond the control of the owner.
3. For any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property were destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period, and in any such event, the owner shall, within 7 days of notification to the client, refund all sums previously paid in respect of the rental. Under no circumstances will the owner’s liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.
Pets - Regrettably pets are not allowed
In the event of cancellation, refunds of amounts paid will be made if the owner is able to re-let the property, less any expenses or losses incurred. The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover), and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability, etc., as these are not covered by the owner’s insurance.
